Work Study I- Students will travel to worksites to learn hands-on work skills.

Algebra I- Students will Create an inequality with one variable and use it to solve a real-world problem
word problem. Manipulate materials as they are utilized to solve linear equations or inequalities with one variable. Complete explicit expressions from an arithmetic sequence and identify the pattern. (Progress toward math goal)
World History: Students will explore world events from 10,000 B.C. (The Beginning of Civilization) – 2001 (Terrorism around the World).
Student Expectations:
To attend class everyday
To complete all work in a timely manner
Work toward completion of IEP goals and objectives
Students will work toward mastery of Extended Content Standards which will reflect how the grade level standard is made assessible for students with significant cognitive disabilities for both instruction and assessment.
Grading: Students will be progress monitored for progress with goals and objectives
Students will receive daily grades for work.
Test grades to monitor progress and retention of knowledge.
All work is expected to be completed after an excused absence within 3 days.
