FFA (National FFA Organization)

The course taught at ninth grade level is Agri-Science. This class is an introductory course to all things agriculture... We will discuss food, farm, livestock, products, soils, leadership, business opportunities, etc.

 

As apart of the Agricultural Education program the Ninth Grade Academy offers the FFA club. This is a nationally known organization that promotes premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.

 

To reap the full benefits of an agriculture class membership in the FFA organization is strongly encouraged. All students in an Agriculture class are eligible to become a member of FFA.

 

Dues are $5. You will receive a monthly magazine, eligibility to go on numerous trips, food from many cookouts, the opportunity to participate in club activities such as monthly movie nights, bowling nights, Community outreach and much much more!
